MODO DE EMPLEO

Pour 2.5 ml of the mouthwash into the measuring cup and top up to 15 ml with water. Rinse your mouth twice with these 15 ml by keeping the mixture in your mouth for 2 minutes and gargling. After this time, spit it into the sink (it is not necessary to rinse afterwards with water).
