Food supplement with calcium, magnesium and vitamins D and K2.  

Calcium, magnesium, vitamin D and vitamin K contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin D contributes to normal absorption/utilization of calcium and phosphorus.  

Take 4 pills a day during meals.

Calcium carbonate; microcrystalline cellulose E 460i (thickener); marine magnesium oxide; sodium carboxymethyl cellulose E 466 (thickener); magnesium salts of fatty acids E 572 (anticaking agent); vitamin K2 VitaMK7® NATTO; vitamin D3.

CONTRAINDICATIONS  

· Allergy to calcium carbonate, vitamin D3 and vitamin K  

· Renal failure  

· Pregnancy  

· Hypercalcaemia and hypercalciuria  

· Taking anticoagulants (warfarin, acenocoumarol, etc.)  

· Kidney stones  

· People taking verapamil  

· Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency (risk of haemolytic anaemia)
