· ADULTS: 20 ml a day (10 ml in the morning + 10 ml in the evening)
· CHILDREN AGED 3-8: 10 ml a day (5 ml in the morning + 5 ml in the evening)
· CHILDREN AGED 9-12: 15 ml a day (10 ml in the morning + 5 ml in the evening)
Dilute in a smoothie, juice or water or add to different dishes.
23-DAY PLAN · ADULTS: 8 DAYS (25 + 25 ml) + 15 DAYS (10 + 10 ml).
Take 2 measuring cups of 25 ml a day for 8 days. Then continue to take 10 ml twice a day until finishing the bottle. Add the dose to ½ glass of water or juice.
REPEAT THE PLAN 3 TIMES A YEAR, COINCIDING WITH THE CHANGE OF SEASON.
