• How to use
  Take one sachet a day diluted in a glass of water, preferably on empty stomach; otherwise, half an hour before meals or between meals.

  Step 1: fill half a glass with water at room temperature (not cold water).

  Step 2: add the content of one sachet and stir with the plastic spatula (do not use anything metal).
